Never Forget

Serendipity Studio invites artists of all visual mediums to submit work for our upcoming exhibition, Never Forget.

Memory is fragile, yet powerful. It binds us to loved ones, places, and experiences, shaping who we are and how we see the world. Never Forget invites artists of all mediums to create works that honor remembrance in its many forms—personal, collective, historical, or symbolic.

This exhibit asks: What do you carry forward? Is it a face, a touch, a song, a place, a story whispered from one generation to the next? Is it a history that must not be lost? A small object that holds enormous weight? A community moment that echoes across time?

Artists are encouraged to reflect on:

  • Personal Remembrance: memorials, heirlooms, photographs, rituals of grief and gratitude.

  • Collective Memory: community histories, public events, shared symbols of resilience.

  • The Memory of Place: landscapes, homes, and sacred spaces that linger in our minds.

  • Witness & Legacy: stories of resilience, truth-telling, and honoring those who came before.

This exhibition explores remembrance in its many forms—from personal stories and family heirlooms to community histories, sacred rituals, and the quiet details of daily life that echo long after they’ve passed.

“The Art of Change

We invite everyone to celebrate "Transitions", a powerful exhibition speaking to the beauty, tension, and excitement of transformation, offering visitors a chance to reflect on their own experiences with change.

The essence of "Transitions" is about change, movement, and transformation. This theme explores the journey from one state to another, whether that’s physical, emotional, cultural, or societal. It could focus on personal experiences, shifts in relationships, the passage of time, or the evolution of ideas and identities.

"Transitions" could span large societal movements or more intimate personal journeys, but the common thread would be the constant and inevitable nature of change.

"Pathways" is an immersive art exhibit that celebrates the infinite ways we move through the world—and how the world moves through us.

“Pathways” is an invitation to explore the many routes—seen and unseen—that shape our lives. This exhibit centers on the literal, emotional, symbolic, and imagined paths that connect, divide, guide, or meander. From winding trails and city streets to personal transformation and inner journeys, artists are encouraged to interpret "Pathways" in their own unique way.

What stories unfold along a well-worn road? What truths emerge on the path not taken? Where do we go when the path disappears?
