Shrine of Democracy

Growing up in Rapid City, I have spent time enjoying Mt. Rushmore as a child and then as an adult.

As time has marched on, the setting has changed, and so has my status, but the monument has remained the same.

This monument is a representation of some of the greatest rulers of the United States and what they stood for.
