Kite

This painting of a kite was full of experiments for me. It's a mixed media painting, and it's much larger than I usually work with. I got to experiment with a whimsical style, and looking at it from a fantasy viewpoint meant there were no rules for what colors I could use. It helped me explore style and color beyond what I normally would.
