Homestake Mining Company

The sign was originally from the Homestake Mining Company. Over the many years that the mine was in operation, countless men (and women) made a living and a family from that company. They worked hard, but it was honest.

My dad worked for Homestake for many years. He shared with me what HMC meant to so many people.
