Frozen Falls

A 60 second exposure of Falls Park when it is frozen. Long exposure is typically reserved for shots with more movement, but most of the photo is not moving at all. The only movement is in the sky and a small section of water creating a juxtaposition between what is normally expected of long exposure vs what is in the photo
